Zulu Spare Parts

Postby johnm » Sat Jan 14, 2012 11:30 am

There seems to be alot of extra parts with the Zulus box sets, is there any chance of packs of Zulu bodies and left arms be sold seperatley? so that we can make up extra figures. Otherwise there is a lot of plastic and money being wasted

I somehow cannot see this happening :?
However, if you come across some cheap WF Zulus you might be able to use your leftovers after all.
This is what I did:

The WF Zulu heads are absolutely atrocious and so are the shields but the bodies and arms as well as weapons do it for me.
Result: yet more Zulus!!!!!

:D

How do the WF chaps compare in size? Also, where do the arms "connect" up? Is it mid upper arm or shoulder? I love the idea of using up some of the many many spare parts from the Warlord sprues. Plus I ordered another 2 packs of married Zulus earlier which means a lot more spare parts in the near future!

The bodies fit perfectly. The arms connect to the shoulder, so not directly compatible with WG.
But since it's plastic easy enough to convert.
In this case I used the WF arms, they are not too bad and I might need the WG ones yet for my NNC.

Cheers

Not a bad idea at all. :)
As I'm learning, you can never have enough Zulus... Now to find somewhere that has some WGF in stock. :)
