Other than "Spring", is there any more of a hint as to when these rules will become available? Early Sprint? Late Spring? What?

Rick has implied in another thread that they have a fair bit of work to do on it, based on pure speculation I wonder if the target for release is Salute?

Or possibly I've just let excitement get the better of me...

...that's happened before

The direct quote.

I would be hesitant to expect ECW for Salute... this year.

1. Very excited to hear that we are a bit closer to the ECW rules. I'd allmost forgotten about them it has been so long ;) .

2. I am glad to hear that the amazon cover is not the real thing. Is it just me, or is that some form of bizarre 17th century French Zouave in the main picture :o . Could he be any more lurid? Come on now chaps - after the fine figures of Wee Wullie, and Titus, please don't gives us Jacques de Bouffon for the Great Rebellion rules.

3. Fingers crossed there is a nice +1 for being Royalist, and another +1 for having a big beard and wearing tartan :D .

I see that Amazon.ca lists the rules as being available on March 1 . . . which I sadly presume is not really the case.

Is there anything approaching a semi-solid release date yet?

As has been repeated many, many, many times in this thread, you cannot trust Amazon. They simply plug in random dates and a fake picture.

From yesterday's Friday Night Thread

Watch Henry of Navarre (well, try to - I hate subtitled flicks).

Check through the first draft of the Pike & Shotte rulebook (yes, really!).

I am pretty sure that is the most anticipated rules release of the year! I don't know who will be more excited - me, mikeland, or you!
