My list this year
1. Stop Prattling on."Yes", "No" or "that's nice" will likely cover most posts on the forum.
2. Loose weight, get fit......I've been unable to play 5 side for some time due to injury, but now that has just become lack of fitness, so it is time to try harder!....a 12 week program and then resume playing football during March.
3. drink a bit less
4. eat a bit less.
5. be more content with my lot.
6. be a better person all round!
7. CLEAR THE BACK LOG OF FIGURES.....GET THEM PAINTED!!!!
