Russian Flags and Stats

Hey folks,
It looks like our group is going to work on a Crimean War project for 2012. I am tasked with doing Russians. My first problem is I am not expert on the Crimean War nor am I an expert of the Russian army. So I need to do a little catch up.
1. My first question is about flags. I have found some available from North Star but they only have 1 line infantry flag and a couple grenadier flags. I know the Russians have multiple battalions per regiment would only one battalion carry the flag? I hope that is not the case because flags look
2. I have read that the Russians had started to re arm with rifled muskets. Would they be in full battalions or would they be sprinkled throughout?
3. Do any of you have advice on unit stats? Such as would the grenadiers have the same stats as line infantry? I know in the rule book I have the basics from the Crimean River scenario but I would love to get some thoughts beyond what is listed.
I have my fingers crossed that Warlord Games will produce some Crimean War Russians in 2012.
