How about an Arcani or two to sneak about the battle field and assassinate a British leader here and there! actually not really sure what period these fell into but would look pretty cool though
^^^^ that would be awesome would make an excellant centre piece for scenarios :p
"Leap, fellow soldiers, unless you wish to betray your eagle to the enemy. I, for my part, will perform my duty to the republic and to my general." -The Aquilifer of the 10th legion A link to my Blog: http://theminiatureblog.wordpress.com/
Gladiators would be good. Maybe a kit to cover the differing specialities of each gladiator or an armed slave/criminal kit. Something that the Emperor could use to provide entertainment fot the mob.
SPQR - Senatus Populusque Romanus "Si vis pacem, para bellum" - If you wish for peace, prepare for war
I'll second the suggestion for both a Fort and an Overnight Camp set-up. Ideally both to be in a finish it ourselves (kit) format rather than ready to run out of the box.
The overnight camp idea would be my preference out of the two.

Yes, lots of sneaky Britons creeping up under the cover of darkness, and sudden sword-work in the dark... Will they break into the camp and slaughter the sleeping soldiers, or not?
Hmm...given my avatar...Caligula would be cool....
There are SO many thought's running through my head with this one!!!
Let's go with military first.
Vespasian, Titus, Trajan and Hadrian would be nice as well as several of the other personalities. However, as much as I LOVE Warlord Games (I wish I could buy everything at once) I absolutely HATE the Julius Caesar sculpt!! The body is excellent but the head is hideous!! It seems way to comical, along the lines of Asterix, for my tastes. I'm thinking of buying it and replacing the head.
Anyway...
Assorted camp accessories, logistics supplies and camp life in general; battering ram with a head like the one in 'Masada"; crosses with victims; a groma with surveyor for the engineers set; weapons pack - additional pila, gladii, etc.; post couriers; baggage wagons (carrus); and an arcera to go with the medicus as well as field hospital accessories.
How about creating the half brothers Correus & Flavius from 'The Centurions' series by Damion Hunter?
Non-military and quasi-military (mainly for the collector):
Polyspastos with treadwheel; slave work crews (urban and farm); vehicles - litter with bearers, covered traveling coach, basterna with mules, raeda, various plaustrums; market place/stalls and push carts; accessories for life in the city and the farm; more civilians (men, women and children); and farm animals.
As for non-military type personalities...I would like to see a Gordianus the Finder character (and entourage) with a face based on Derek Jacobi's Brother Cadfael!!!
Guess that is a rather large wish list, but then again - you did ask!!
“conscribe te militem in legionibus. pervagare orbem terrarium. inveni terras externas. cognosce miros peregrines. eviscera eos” ̴ “Join the legions, see the world, travel to foreign parts, meet interesting and exotic people, and disembowel them.”
