I have had the last two days off to get a few jobs done and yesterday the postman got out of his van and opened the back doors, the excitement was unbearable! Two big boxes were signed for then i nearly ripped them open.It was just like being a kid again. The Rorkes Drift set is excellent.I made both buildings in an afternoon using the walk-thru directions on the 4Ground website and thoroughly enjoyed it.It wasn't very difficult and they look stunning.I think that these mdf buildings are the future. I was also pleased with the plastic figures as i had seen the 3-ups and was slightly under-awed.
Only one real complaint/disappointment- The mealie bags used in the wall sections are the size of mattresses and would suit 54mm.I will have to replace them with another make.
I think the larger mealie bags are realy a little too big. 200 IB equals 90,8 kg. This gives a volume of 145 - 160 liter, according to the type of meal. But they still make a splendid barricade for the gamer.
Hmm, if these are full 200 Ib sacks you proved that the Warlord ones are far too big. Compare the photo of the miniature lying on the bags with yours that shows them just reaching the hips of the adults.
