Preview of Boadicea

Postby Holger » Fri Dec 05, 2008 9:56 pm

After a long midnight PS3 session I checked the warlord website once again to find out if there are any news on the Celts and Romans (there weren't many during the last weeks). Although I suppose my celts up to now are rather of the continental variant, I will incorporate Boadicea as army general and the Britons as elite warband. Keep this very high standard please. A few more additions and this will become one of the nicest and most complete ranges in the market.

Pre-orders will be available from next week all being well - just making a couple of alterations to her bodyguard before we can commit to a date.

Is that what she is wearing around the waist? Wink

Seriously. When we talked at Partizan you said that the aim was for her to be feminine without being a fantasy babe. I think you have captured just the right look. I will be more than happy to have her leading my long awaited horde of Britunculi.

Looks a very nice model, I can see Terry's horde having to fight mine for the right to be lead by the "real" Boadicea. Must get those chariots finished now.

But in this case, he may have the sense not to explain how he knows. Still you don't think she meant anything to him do you? nah, he's a Roman centurion, not some soft auxiliary, or marine.
