Pictures crop off the right hand side

Don't know if it is just me, but the images posted on these boards seem to crop off the right had side. It seems that whenever I post and image it looks square when posted, and the right hand 1/5th seems to be missing. If I ctrl click (right click in windows) and select open image in new tab/window, it opens the full image.

THis happens when I post my own images and when I view other peoples images in their posts. It happens on both Safari and Firefox and on my phone browser (don't know about IE).

I have tried using the standard 'BB code', and variants on it, (e.g. [img "width=150"]) to resize my posted images but this doesn't seem to be enabled, and just fails to put the image in.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Is there an easy answer? (Other than to resize the images to 640x480 before posting, I'm guessing this would work)

Does it matter?(well it kind of bugs me)

Hi Mikeland,

I have set the maximum image properties for the board to 640x480 which should hopefully remedy the issue you are having please let me know if it doesn't.

Just gave it a try, and when I tried to make a post with an image it I got this message, and it wouldn't let me post...

Your images may only be up to 480 pixels high.
Your images may only be up to 640 pixels wide.
