If the deal is anything less than one free box per 2 purchased I'll be pretty disappointed. How about putting up a pre-order for the new stuff, so that we can get the discount now and have it ship when it's available? How long does the Birthday sale last anyway?

The birthday offers last until November 17th.

Cheers

Paul

Will the metal add on's be available as extra. I have some sprues of Celts waiting to be built, but I may hold of till I get my hands on the components.

I got a box (well actually it was the metal parts plus a box of Celts) at Crisis this weekend and I really really like them!

@ S.P.: Laughing

@ Dave: It is the normal contents of the box of Celts, 3 sprues with round shields (3 each), 3 sprues with Battersea Shields (2 each), 4 Spures with seperate Briton heads (4 each / 3 limey haired, one with helmet), 1 Cyrnax (spelling?), 1 standard, upper half of British Chief, 1 Briton dong a nice tennis volley with his sword. all the non-Celt parts are made from Pewter. I can not comment on the box art or anything... I got a box of Celts and a plastic zip-lock bag with the Briton parts.

Cheers,

Burkhard

The guy 'doing a nice tennis volley with his sword' is supposed to be hurling himself at the opposition's line to try and break through.

I am just about to paint 'The Dip' on my first British warband so, with a bit of luck, photos of the finished models should appear later this week.

I've just finished my first unit of Britons. SLOBBER, SLOBBER, DROOL!!!!! Simply gorgeous figures, which aren't even spoilt too badly by my painting. I'm sure you'll agree, once you get to see them. Tongue out
