'the flashing blade & TYW'

i have been a huge fan of the flashing blade series for over 30 years and have always wanted to game the siege of cassal.


is it possible to do this with the new ECW range?


any suggestions

will warlord be bringing out any sets inc banners etc to cover the french and spanish conflict in the TYW, i.e the war of the mantuan succession?

got the complete set from NETWORK DVD, excellent price, still brilliant and that theme tune... you just can't help singing along

Hi have this on DVD too.....a recent purchase...couldn't live without it any longer......I never found out how it ended.....only ever managed to see the same 6 episodes!!
I also bought something else you guys might remember...............The adventures of Robinson crusoe 1965 version......it just reminds me of school holidays and saturday mornings when i was young!


back on topic.....I hadn't given any thought to using ECW for it...that might be a bit of a stretch???....but likely possible with a few conversion bits...Who's going to be first with a Fort Cassal??? ;)

the new ecw black powder supplement may be good for this, will have to wait and see but if it covers the TYW then this conflict was part of that so should be ok

Last I heard the BP based P&S rule book will cover the whole period 1500 to 1700 approx. So should be ideal for this!
