New Crimean releases? Sooner than we expected?

Is anyone planning on doing plastic AWI? Just finished reading Fusilier by Mark urban and The Fort by Bernard Cornwell so have the period rattling round my brain at the moment.

I've got 'The Fort' sat there awaiting my pleasure after I finish Asbridge's 'The First Crusade'.

I enjoyed it. Its a far more documented battle than a lot of his other stuff and at times it's almost difficult believe the characters are acting so stupidly! You wouldn't beleive it if it was fiction!

Went off Bernard Cornwell years ago, when all his Sharpe novels started to get boring! I'm now re-reading the Flashman novels by George MacDonald Fraser, much more fun and better researched. Any chance of a Flashman type figure for the Crimean War range? Go on JS you know you want to lol

Yes, a Flashman figure would be cool. I find Bernard Cornwall a bit hit and miss, liked Azincort and most of the Sharpes but found the Alfred the Great ones hard work (gave up halfway throught he second one). The main character, can't remember his name is sooo annoying. Not tried the Arthur or Starbuck ones, nor read the fort.
