Victory Decision WW2 Rules

Postby shadegate » Sun Jun 19, 2011 11:09 am

I just stumbled across a set of rules on Wargames Vault called Victory Decision. Aimed at platoon sized games in 20-28mm
Does anyone have any experience with this ruleset?

Published by A.D. Games

I'm a sucker for rulesets so will probably take a punt anyway but I wondered if anyone had an opinion on them (good or bad) before I do.

Difficult to answer that one for me (being the game designer). I like it! ;)
Maybe check out the Customer Comment on the Wargame Vault: http://2fwww.wargamevault.com/product_info.php?products_id=91776&language=en

Or hop over to the LAF: http://www.lead-adventure.de/index.php?board=62.0

I've just downloaded the PDF file for Victory Decision rules and i must say they are most impressive.Rules seem realativly straight forward and easy to understand. Now all i have to do is test them out ;) Shadgate pm me and we can discuss them if you wish as i dont know if here ius the place to discuss another companies rules. :)
Once you get them running, you can stay on top of them, and that way a small force can defeat a large one every time

Please ask all questions at the LAF: http://www.lead-adventure.de/index.php?board=62.0
It is the de facto official place for all discussion abaout Victory Decision.

BTW: Since my books feature a big load of BAM minis, I do not think that Paul would be too offend by some discussions here either...

Gday Agis
Im sure if Paul had a problem he would have let you know by now ;) Anyway nice set of rules and i think PDF is the way of the future and much cheaper than a standard set of rules in book form.I will PM you with any questions i have on the rules if thats ok with you so far all seems very straight forward.Well done to all involved with these rules :D
