Cavalry

Hi,

The infantry look gorgeous but is there any chance of a date for cavalry releases? Thanks.

And...

How many will we get per sprue?

Will there be the ability to create more than just a few poses for the horses? I find that is a major problem with most manufacturers - a lack of different horse poses.

Will the riders be moulded separately from the horses?

All these questions...

I don't know if these will be plastic or not. However if they are then the simplest solution (and cheapest for the manufacturer) is what GW did with LoTR horses. You do just two variants but make the halves swappable. That way you get four variants for the cost of two. Of course it has to be designed carefully so that the two poses are compatible and the horse doesn't have all four legs off the ground.

We'll have pics of the metal Auxiliary cavalry for you soon.

To answer some of your questions:

1. There are 3 horse variants

2. Legs of rider are sculpted onto the horse

3. Torsos of riders are on a bowl joint like the Celt plastics for lots of posability.

4. Includes full command

5. Are quite possibly my favourite Warlord metal sculpts to date!

Hope that helps,

Cheers,

Paul
