Something to whet your appetities...

Postby Paul @ Warlord Games » Sun Oct 10, 2010 1:51 pm

One nof the sculpts from our soon-to-be-released Thirty Years War boxed sets – a Swedish ensign.http://i91.photobucket.com/albums/k309/Snibston/Swedish_Ensign.jpg     As you can see the command models all come with two different options for building them so plenty of variety!Cheers,Paul

Looks very nice. Thanks for sharing Paul.I have to say for you, that was very up front, except that now I think you're hiding something much larger because otherwise this ensign would have been made out to be a five star general.Watch this spot I guess. :)

I'm profoundly hurt that you think of me that way!  Wink3 new boxed sets went to the printer last week so these will be out by the end of the month. I thought a little preview may be a good way to complete the weekend. Those of you on our Facebook page will notice there's something else on show...Cheers,Paul

The previews both here an on Facebook look fab. It would be great if you guys were thinking of a Thirty Year's War mercenary band within the framework of the period. I remember a long time ago the print that was available of this type of unit. Keep up the good work. Helen

I am very interested to see these. Have always loved the ECW but not paid much attention to the rest of Europe of the period, but am just reading Europe's Tragedy by P H Wilson, so far an excellent single volume account of the TYW. These new Warlord releases could be a good jumping on point for TYW.
