Thanks for posting!
Nice read and very informative. Just reading the introductionry articles by Mr. Priestley on the Warlord website made me interested already, now I just know I want this book.
For the past years I've been playing the same nice people anyway, tweaking rules if they felt wrong and inventing new ones if necessary. These rules appearantly are just right for those gentlemanly circumstances.

Got to say we've been playing it at my local club and have now had three really good games -simple to understand and play and seems to give a result which feels right. I'm going to be mighty busy painting hoplites though!
