Who do good 100year war minis?

Postby Lovstrom » Sat Nov 19, 2011 12:28 am

Hi
Who in your opinion do good miniatures for the hundred years war? (28mm but are open to other scales)
Thinking of Crecy rather than Agincourt.

My vote for Perry's too.

ok thankyou.
My understanding was that the perrys was for Agincourt and later.
So there isnt much difference in style between 1346 and 1415?

Crusader miniatures and Old Glory come to mind.

Curteys are very nice, but I think they are 13th century. Worth a look though!

Actually, you're right. I thought their range was labelled 'Crecy to Agincourt', but I've checked and it's just 'Agincourt'. Either they've changed it with their new website or my memory is faulty.

The Perry ones are lovely but Agincourt, not Crecy. Same with Front Rank, nice miniatures but too modern.

Essex did some usefull and Crusader too, but both small ranges and in my opinion not as good. Old Glory has a range that may be used for the early war but again not as good as the two mentioned above.

Thankyou everyone for your answers.
How would Front rank and Perry mix?

I really like Front rank for my 18thcent games but just didnt look for medievals before.
