I remember my brother once varnished a huge spider he caught in the house and glued it to a base for use in his roleplaying games. Poor thing. It's abdomen collapsed and rotted away in the end and it was a pathetic spectacle.

Not that long ago I used to collect dead frogs/newts/mice etc :shock: and when out walking I would look for rabbit skulls and sheep bones etc. Once they had fully decomposed and cleaned up......

I built a great 'dinosaur graveyard' thingy for fantasy gaming :)
