Probably yes, it could also be that the lower figure is the number of rank and file and the higher includes officers etc but in this case I don't think so. The beauty of BP though is you don't have to worry about the exact strength you just need near enough. Btw the Silesian Schutzen were not part of the 24. Regiment just attached to it.

The IR 12 Oberstleutnant Othengraven had 70 Officers and 2260 men reported in the Preußischen Generalstabswerk.

There was no direct Brigade artillery, that belonged to the 1st Army Corps. Fußbatterie Nummer 7 Schaale is reported with 3 Officers and 138 OR and 103 Horses for the 6x 6pdr and 2x 7pdr How.

The 1st Husarenregiment was not part of the Brigade. In 1815 the 1st was the Leibhusarenregiment. In 1st Corps , 1st Cavalry Brigade was the 4th Hussar regiment, before known as the 1st Schlesische Husaren. 27 Off 441 OR and 33 mounted Jäger.
The direct attachement of Cavalry to Infantry Brigades was 1813/14 practice to give the badly trained units some ......, they formed behind the Infantry, rarely on a side. More like MP, not fighting cavalry, in 1815 that ceased.

Although it does seem that one of the cavalry brigades in each Corps was broken up and attached to the infantry brigades, either by regiment or just a couple of squadrons. Not sure if this was official practice or the men on the ground decided to do it because it was what they were used to.
