Tournament software

Does anyone use a particular type of software when recording results for games in a tourney setting?

In the past I just write everything down on paper or use my laptop and excel.

I was hoping to find a app for my iPad but I think I was dreaming on that idea

GW did have an excellent download that was Excel based, for their tournament organizer pack. I don't think they have that available anymore. It was very handy!

I do remember that now you mentioned it, the problem I am facing is that there is limited power points access at cancon so my lap top is ruled out. iPad would be better but all the spreadsheets apps out there are as effective as a fridge in a iglo

Might keep hunting around.
