Jap Jungle Fighters

Postby pbeccas » Fri Jan 27, 2012 11:48 pm

I have ordered my Jap Jungle fighters and highly anticipate their arrival. Now, please release some Jap heads sprues. Some jungle foliage covered helmets would be a treat to get the HMG etc fitting into a nice New Guinea jungle fighting unit. I want my force looking camouflaged.
Cheers
Paul

I am trying to ignore the Jungle Fighters. They are fantastic sculpts. The House Tyrant has been on a rampage lately, beating me up for any offense, and taking my lunch money most days. As soon as I get some food in me, I will consider buying the Jungle Fighters!

We are at 1916, across trenches, with shells, grenades, and trench raids often occurring. Lots more mud and blood until I see any green fields beyond!

They look lovely and will be ordering soonest. I hope for those members who picked up WSS with my painting tutorial on Japanese in the Pacific found it interesting.

Paul, I agree separate helmeted heads with foliage would be good, in addition caps with foliage too.

Sorry for not being on the blog for a while. Just recovering from a nasty illness.

Thanks Paul for the news on the Shinhoto and again for the Japanese box set.

Cheers,

Helen
