I got some British infantry packs last weekend at a show, but was disappointed to see that there was a head missing from the command pack.
I phoned Warlord early last week and had a chat with someone who apologised and said he would post one to me.

Still waiting, but have plenty left to paint so not overly concerned as long as it does arrive soon.

So far looks to be pretty good service.
Cheers

Just intersted to know was the box sealed up when you bought your minis.

This is a problem we have at out local store as people( I don't blame them) want to see the figures in the flesh so to speak before they buy them. The downside of this is most figures including Warlords tend to be crammed in the box. If not replaced properly then heads and other itmes can become detached quite easily from sprues .I thinks its the 30 years war set of Swedish I ended up having to buy becasue I just couldn't get them all back in the box!  There must be a certain knack to packing these !

One way around this is to put less figures in a box

That must be why GW reduced the contents of their LoTR sets by half recently! ;)

I know what you mean though about things bought in shops. I have had two warlord sets bought from the same shop, that upon getting home I realised were missing parts. Each time I emailed WG and explained the situation and they replaced the missing parts very promptly.

There's a few frothy looking bit among me Fj stuff but I think I'd rather live with it than go to the bother or returning.

Only problem I've had with Warlord was a box of Screaming Eagles I bought from a local model shop. Six figures were the exact same pose and a number had broken weapons. I e-mailed Warlord with a photo of the box contents.

The following day I received a reply saying they were looking into it. A couple of days after that a whole new box of Screaming Eagles arrived. No complaints at all with the way my problem was dealt with, very good service.
