Pacific gaming is looking better and better!

Hey, Marcus T, please post the scenario and battle report! I think you're onto something mixing PB and Nuts here....

I have bought a good quantity of plastic aquariam plants which i intend to use as a jungle it looks a little wierd but i reckon it will work fine

I can tell you from experience that the jungles of Malaya and Bougainville are wierd!

I too was looking at aquarium plants when I was with my cousin buying goldfish for my aunty who resides in a nursing home last week.

Some great vegetation can be found at pet stores.

Cheers,

Gday Vogless Im glad you like my idea and i think it will work a treat,i just have to work on stats for the Japs .I will also have to try it out a few times until im happy with the workings ;) I Like the way "War in the Pacific" portreys the japanese tactics and the unpredictability of where they are and what they do and the fact the games mechanics controls them. :)
Helen yes there are some really good Aquiriam plants out there,if you look on Ebay you can pick them up very cheaply. The ones i have even come with ceramic bases which all i have to do is paint and Bobs your Uncle 8-)
Once you get them running, you can stay on top of them, and that way a small force can defeat a large one every time

Didn't even think about using the aquarium plants for terrain. Years ago, I participated in a jungle board build for the local club (we took it to a Conflict) and we used the plants then. Still have a few kicking around. This board is so helpful!

Two people at our local club nearly drowned trying that method.

Make sure you remove them from the aquarium first. Important safety tip.
