My advice is to have a sackful of fun by finding a pic of your chosen 'personality' and convert some unsuspecting mini yourself.

You know you want to.

Reading back my first post I did come over as a meanie, sorry if I was blunt.

Yes, I was referring to having specific character rules and the door for them being opened for them in the BA rules if models were produced. I'm not against character models as such since I do like them (I did buy Patton) but having a man being different to another takes something away from a game and it becomes something not historical.

WWII is interesting from a uniform point of view in that everyone is wearing pretty much the same as the next guy so he can be anyone you want him to be. FoW tends to lean towards the cartoon when it does characters, BA has such a good and unique style developing at the minute and it'd be a shame to go "mainstream" before we see both ends.

That all looked alike is a statement...... .

But , yes. In 1994 I prepared a museum exhibition about 50 years End of war in Berlin. A witness came and told us that she saw the fat Goebbels in the AA bunker Zoo. Fat Goebbels? "Oh no, the other G." :?: Goering.

"Well mam, he was in southern Germany at that time." She was not very happy. I showed her a picture of the Luftwaffen general commanding air defence Berlin. "Yes, that's the man."

So realy, all looked like each other.

Take car. Go to Mum's. Kill Phil - "Sorry." - grab Liz, go to the Winchester, have a nice cold pint, and wait for all of this to blow over. How's that for a slice of fried gold?
