Starter Battalion Querry

Gday all,

I recently purchased a Pike and Shotte Starter battalia, initially intending for ECW, but now have taken more of an interest in the TYW.
I'm just curious as to how compatible this set is to the TYW and how much converting/kit bashing would be needed seeing the battalia was intended for the ECW.
I understand more armour was used during the TYW, but also what other differences would I need to consider and such.
I intend on doing Imperial and Swedish forces, so will probably aim more for the Imperial forces with this seeing I wont have a large amount of Morion's.

Any help would be great.
