More Units for the TYW

Postby Lordkane » Sat Jun 02, 2012 11:34 am

I will hope you Guy's from WG will bring more Plastic Boxes like Rondartschiers (Sword Men) and Models for Special Units like Swiss Reisläufers Halberdiers or German Handsknechts with Greatswords.

Bevor I forget; It will be nice you bring a Falkonette (a light German Culverine Cannon) with Crew.

:) :) :) :) :)

We have more Pike & Shotte guns made - need crews to be sculpted now.

I'd also be very interested in Croats. Hope they'll not be too long coming. Any chance of a whole box of plastic sword and buckler men for a more Spanish feel?
I'd also second the idea of a Piccollomini character figure, how about Mansfeld too?

I doubt that there will be Rondtartschiere in Plastic, the units that used them had been very small. I converted some of mine to have more variants.

For Halberdiers or Greatswords the Warlords would have to start a totally new range, no longer in battle use in TYW.

Only Guardsmen wore them and so we have the same problem, few needed for a miniature army.

Not strictly 30YW but I would love to see Landsknechts in plastic, what a great picture that would create masses of landsknechts covered by a skirmish line or arquebusiers. :)

So whats the chance os seeing these in pastic in the near future?? :)
