Hi Daywalker,

We'll be giving details for placing Salute orders in the next couple of weeks.

We've been fairly cagey as we didn't want to promise a Salute release and not be able to hit that date.

It all hinged on how well the command sprue came off the mcahine and having received the tests shots this morning I can tell you they not only look stunning but there's going to be no problem with releasing these at Salute :)

Cheers,

Paul

All is good then.

Will there be any kind of deals- just in case I wanted to buy more than 3 boxes?

Cool

Cheers

What about us poor souls who can't get to Salute? When will be able to start ordering? I have a county to defend.

Well I've seen them, Gareth and Steve brought a set of the sprues along with them to Coventry. I'll go out on a limb and say that these are even better quality than the Romans and Celts. The details are incredibly crisp and the command sprue is fantastic. If you can judge a man's quality by the size of his trousers then these guys bestride the battlefield like gods amongst men. M.C Hammer has nothing on them.

There's a fife, drum, arm with halbrd, numerous pistols, a spontoon, a banner pole, a pole with a furled flag and enough arms to equip the spare bodies you get on the infantry sprue.

Roll on Salute, I can't wait to get my hands on these babies!

God save the King!

"We can categorically state that we have not released man-eating badgers into the area" - UK military spokesman Major Mike Shearer
