Is it possible to pre-order the Pike & Shotte rules, place a miniatures order at the same time, but hold on the miniatures and ship them with the rules in order to get free shipping?

A card - and they took my money right away; I have heard rumours that in the UK they don't, but it's not a big deal to me.

Hmmm...that sounds odd...do you mean the rumours are that they don't charge the card of those 'living' in the UK? The money aspect really doesn't bother me, my main concern is that they hold the order till the rules are ready to ship. I've heard that the card isn't charged till the rules are ready to ship and was wondering if using it, over PayPal, would insure that the whole order wouldn't ship untill the rules were ready. Does that make sense? Or, do I just need to send WG a request to hold the order till it's all ready?

I have heard that trading standards in the UK mean that you can't actually charge until the order is shipped. Obviously doesn't apply to those of us living on the other side.
