I have a copy of WECW but am patiently ( ) waiting for the WG rules.... Gotta support the WG guys!!

I am pretty sure that is the most anticipated rules release of the year! I don't know who will be more excited - me, mikeland, or you!

I do love all the Warlord stuff to date, including Hail Caesar and BP, but the ECW release has either been a shambles or just communicated very poorly, I'm sure it was 'imminent' a couple of years ago, then I'm sure I read reports of playtesting 'near final' versions last August and other such snippets, then this quote of 'it's a long way off; barely started', thenthe current newsletter with, "With the forthcoming release of our long-awaited Pike & Shotte rulebook drawing close, we have a special offer on...".
I just hope there's better co-ordination in the production team than the news releases. I will continue to wait hopefully with the utterly teeniest hope of a Salute (2012) release ...

I heard from a reliable source (who met someone who had seen it written in a pamphlet) that the delay was due to a traitorous rebel plot .

It does sound like some people are quite desperate for this book of rules. I am not immune to the suffering of my fellow man (even rebels), and so I can quite easily lend anyone my copy of WRG Renaissance 2nd Edition by George Gush which will indeed enable you to play a 17th century table top re-enactment.
