Village livestock

Postby Guest » Mon Apr 27, 2009 4:46 pm

Hi wondered if there was any chance of some animals, like chickens or some mud covered hog that may be added for the celtic village. Give the scenary another dimension? The Romans were big fans of Geese in their camps, made the best scentries. So I have heard.

I don't know if Warlord have any plans for 'farm animals' - but in the meantime, Gripping Beast and Wargames Foundry both have various pigs, cows, sheep, etc.

The handling and soft plastic that the article mentions as a potnetial problem has never sufaced for me in the 3 or 4 years I have had them and I do not sotre them nearly half as careful as my soldiers.

Cheers,

I can recommend Gripping Beast's live stock - it is/they are rather jolly nice.
