baring in mind I am a newbie to napoleonics and looking for ideas rather than to show my knowledge I suggest this to my elders and betters. I was thinking about the fact BP doesn't have a figure scale and a (reasonably obvious I guess) idea sparked. Using the french 1815 army as an example a unit represents a regt instead of a battalion / squadron with one stand per battalion / squadron:
Second Army Corp.
Copr commander Reille
Corps arty reserve: 1 batteries (12pdrs)
5th Div': Bachelu ( commander)
3rd line small (6 stands/ 24 figs or )
61st line small
72st line small
108th line Standard (8 stands / 32 fig)
18th co 6th foot arty 1 battery (6 pdr)
6th division
Jerome Bonaparte ( command)
1st legere standard
2nd legere large (10 stands / 36 fig)
1st line standard
2nd ligne standard
2nd co 2nd foot arty 1 battery 6pdr
9th Division
Foy ( commander)
92nd line small
93rd line standard
100 line standard
4th legere standard
1st co 6th foot arty 6 pdr 1 battery
2nd cavalry Division
Rippert (commander
1st chasseurs a cheval Standard
6thchasseurs da chev)al Standard
5th Lancers standard
6th Lancers standard
2nd company 4th HA Regt 6 pder 1 battery
Total Foot small x 4, foot standard x 6, large x 1.
Total Horse 4 x standard
Arty 12pdr1, 6pdr foot x 3 6pdr horse
Any thoughts??
