Uniforms questions - Sudan vs. Zulu Wars

This is going to sound like a dumb question, but I have to ask it anyway.  The forthcoming plastic Warlord Zulu Wars British - can they be used for the Sudan as well? I have the AMAZING "Go Strong Into the Desert" by LCol Mike Snook/plates by Michael Perry, and would love to have a force that can fight the Zulus as well as Fuzzy-Wuzzy.  Any thoughts?

Don't see why not - if you look at the testamonials bit on the Empress website Mike Snooks reckons their regular metal Zulu British can, and that's good enough for me!

Terrific! Great link, I appreciate that. Based on that I actually ordered two more of LCol Snook's books - the ones on Rorke and Isandlwana. Really looking forward to the whole Anglo Zulu range now. And supposedly Perry are coming out with plastic Fuzzies later this year as well. It's going to be a very Imperial warfare year indeed!

Mike's books are awesome, I forced him to sign them all for me..hehehe, poor soul..Technically it will, of course, be possible to convert the Zulu War British for the Sudan campaign, most notably the helmets and puttees/ gaiters. All depends on which regiment you want to represent.I even managed to convert some WF Zulu Brits (lack of detail is not always a bad thing ) for Second Boer War!Anything goes with plastc and creativity . Cheers S.P.

Lucky you! Of course, there are hardly any interesting wars we Colonial Canadians have fought (well, except for that one time that our Southern neighbours thought we were easy pickings and we burned down the White House  ) Next time I come to the UK I plan to make a trip to Warlord HQ and bribe many of the staff with beer and bacon butties.
