Problems seeing ranges in webstore

Evening all,

We've receiv ed one or two emails saying that some of you are having trouble seeing the range listing on the left hand side of the webstore.

We've all tried at work and at home, on various browsers and on both Mac and PC and cannot replicate the problem. We think the most likely explanation is the migration to the .com address hasn't flushed through your systems yet.

For those of you who are struggling with this can you clear your cache and then refresh your browser and see if the problem persists?

If it works for you can you reply here so we can cross it off our list of things to do. If it doesn't fix the issue can you reply here telling us the following information:

Mac or PC?
What operating system do you use?
Browser and version?

We hope this is a quick fix and thank you for letting us know that you're having an issue. It's only affecting a small number of you as orders are still being made :D

Glad to know I'm in a minority...no change there then!
In my non technical words..
I've deleted my browsing history.
On windows xp professional.
I'm.....

Tried that Paul and still no joy,

I'm using a PC, windows xp, but no idea what browser though as it's a work lap top, I know I click on a big blue "E" to get online though, internet explorer possibly :?:

Guys it would really help me out if you could take a screen print and email it to me at andy@orangemonkeydesign.com so I can see what you are seeing or in this case not seeing. I hope that is OK?

Paul (and Carvel and anyone else who had this issue) - just for info have spoken with Andy and sent him a screen shot of the problem as requested and he seems to have solved it. :D

I'm good - new iMac and Macbook Air running Safari, as well as my iPhone when I'm ... not home ...

I was getting a "Server is too busy" message for the main Warlord website last night, not the forum, which is funny, but it appears to have successfully resolved itself.
