Modelling Section needed.

Postby TheGreatMarquis » Tue Apr 26, 2011 5:33 pm

Doesn't each part of the website already have the facility for a modelling section? The Pike & Shotte part certainly does.Maybe a teckie somewhere could transfer useful tips from the threads to the appropriate modelling section - like the links we sometimes see posted? For example, I remember seeing a link to a brilliant camouflage uniform painting guide which would grace the Bolt Action modelling/painting tips section and earlier today I've looked at a link to a horse-painting guide that could be added to the Pike & Shotte and Ancients sections. How about it, Warlord?

And how about a model of the month competition for the forum??? We already have it on the newsletter but we forumites (forum-ers?) should get in on the action too!

Great idea, I back this 100% Maybe as well as "Painting Tutorials" we could add "Terrain Tutorials"?  With more people joining the site and forums I'm sure people will begin trying their own terrain / scenery. I would be happy to write a tutorial for a few things Smile Drum

Great News guys! Paul has given it the thumbs up .I think it is fair to say that many contributers on this site do more modelling than gaming. Therefore I think this new section will be great for the modelling fraternity.SmileSmile Many thanks Paul LaughLaughLaugh
