Internet Explorer Cannot Display the Webpage

Postby Big Al » Wed Mar 30, 2011 4:14 am

I use Firefox. I never get the messages that have been mentioned, but the page can take a long time to load and sometimes the screen just stays white and "Done" appears athe the bottom left hand corner. Refreshing the page doesn't work, but deleting the "?page_id=18" part of the address in the address bar seems to sort it out. Al

Internet Explorer Cannot Display the Webpage

Postby mikeland » Thu Mar 31, 2011 4:58 am

Lots of glitches today. At home 7:45 tried to log on, using MacOS 10.6 Safari 5 browser (Using standard home broadband). Could log in, just got white page, had to restart browser. Managed to log-in. Started typing a post in one of the threads (Marcomannic War one), after 6-7 minutes typing in the post I did the math and hit 'post new reply' at which point I got a server error page and my post hadn't posted (this was 8:03). When back into the forums in another tab and tried to post in the thread again again, to get the same failure. Had to go to work. At work 9:40 Mac OS 10.5 Firefox browser (Going online through LAN proxy server). Tried to get onto the forums page and had 2 server errors, then decided to post on this thread and had another server error trying to get on this thread, but have got on to it on the 2nd attempt.  Better do some work now!WinkCheers
