Internet Explorer Cannot Display the Webpage

I'm getting this again and again these days, well over half the time I try to access the site. The correct url is showing at the top of the screen, but it won't come up.Anyone else getting this regularly?Is it the site server not coping or my own browser?

I get it almost everytime. I have to double click the page to make it work.I don't have a clue of what it could depend on :/

Like a weirdo I skip between using chrome on XP and Ubuntu on the same system and I get the same. Also on Android.

Yes I am getting a lot of this, I use Mac, but switch between Safari and Firefox at home and Chrome at work, but getting it on all 3, regularly have to refresh a few times to get the site to load. Also the home page seems to be broken since the Hail Caesar notice went up, (possibly a style sheet problem). I attach screen shot to show. Confused

You're not a weirdo. I do the same to see pictures here that people post but can't be seen with Explorer.
