Register Problem

Hi Can anybody help or will I have to re register only the contact info that comes up on the profile page is not mine, it is another person with the same name.can I do anything to alter my registration page. I just put my christian name in and on the profile page it now gives details and topic history of another Steve. Many thanks for your help in advance Steve (another)
