new guy, 1 question

Hey there! My name is Daniel and I recently joined the forums. first and fore most I want to say that you all are a great group. I enjoy reading through all of the topics. I went ahead and placed an order about a week ago and was told that I would receive another e-mail when they sent the order. Is it regular for 1 week to go by or more before the order is sent?

I am just a curious customer.

Ususally Warlord orders are dispatched fairly quickly, but on occasion if items are awaiting stock they can take a little longer... If you are concerned drop them an email or even better give them a quick ring if you can... They are always very friendly and helpful.

I had an email saying that at the moment they have a little delay due to the usual post Salute chaos,
I'm waiting for an order as well.
They will send out a notification regarding your orders status.
Bear with them..

Yes, all I can say is that I received two emails from Warlord on Friday. One was to say that my order for the new HC Army lists was in the Pre-order state and the other to say that my order for the Bob Moulder ECW Graphic Novels were being processed. I have literally just received the two Graphic Novels, which I ordered late Friday afternoon, making it just one day for posting because they don't despatch over the weekend.

Just editing to add - Many thanks to all at Warlord for the very quick response and delivery of my order. I am one very satisfied customer!!

They have this big show called Salute that happens in April. And afterwards, there is nothing but chaos as they try to sort all the orders and such. I almost made this year's show... there's always next year!

Thats good glad to hear it. Strangely for me the order that I placed a few days after the first one has arrived but with no sign of the first order

Same. It has been 2 weeks since my first order. and 1 week 6 days since my second order. my second order has been dipatched but I haven't heard anything about my first order. Warlord, could you at least let me know you received the order?
