Basically its mainly done with a single colour applied by airbrush over a very dark grey undercoat. I panel in areas after a light over spray to give depth to parts of the vehicle.
I then use a couple of colour filters and a black varnish pin wash, then a bit of chipping by brush and finally weathering pigments.
Sounds alot, but its actually very quick... Just a couple of nights work.
Take car. Go to Mum's. Kill Phil - "Sorry." - grab Liz, go to the Winchester, have a nice cold pint, and wait for all of this to blow over. How's that for a slice of fried gold?
