No re-basing for us, you know we all have based the same way at the club, our only problem are that we never get around to play with our toys...

Best regards Dalauppror...that commanding the Spanish army that defeated the Swedish at Battle of Nördlingen 1634 8-)

Bah, that was only impostors! Most likely that was some other spanish soldiers dressed in swedish uniforms and ordered to make fools out of themselves ...or something... ;)

However dispite this, I've now finished two artillery bases to get to those spaniards and other catholic bastards from afar.

The models are form Warlord and Perry, and very nice models they are. They painted up real nice and took some dip as gentlemen. They are now the last missing peace for me to get some playing done, they army is still not that big, but all the pieces are there. I still have some infantry and some cavalry left to do and my goal is to have them done before I get the Pike and Shotte rules, that will give me about a month, so I better get painting!

On my blogg there are pictures on them both and a bit of my rambling about nothing =)

The glue and varnish has dried and it's time to show the latest addition to my Swedish force, my last cavalry regiment is done in the form of cuirassiers.
With this done all that remains in my army to complete is two regiments of foot, then it's all done. Well that is if not the Pike and Shotte rules "forces" me to get some more of one sort or the other =)

You can see all the pictures on my blogg as usual, and until you get over there I leave you with this little teaser;

And I'm done, all done... well at least I'm done painting. For my last two regiments got completed today, what I'm not done with is the basing on the last one, I ran out of materials so for now that regiment is fighting in the mud until I decide how to do it.

To see some more pictures, head over to my blog, and if that not your thing, you can atleast have a look on one of the regiments here

So now, come get me Pike & Shotte rules!

Lovely, you've gotta be happy with that.

Thanks alot for all the nice comments, I'm really happy that it's done now, even though I for a army project and me haven't spent all that much time since I first started.
And I bet that the Pike & Shotte rules will make me get a few more regiments, just to make sure I don't get ahead of myself ;)

Don't worry, it's coming I just need to get my photo area cleaned up a bit and then get all the previously completed minis out again. I'll have some pictures for you this coming week =)
