Lovely flags. Reminds me of doing some of my own when I get some more minis from the Perrys
Do you cover the flag in PVA glue and roll it around the pole?

No PVA glue... I paint my flags on ordinary Linnen cloth. I just use some Contact adhesives (Kontaklim) on about 5mm that I roll around the pole. Then I undercoat it in black and paint the coat of arms 1 base collour and 1 highlight. The linnen get quite hard by the paint so it is easy to bend in to shape.

This was the last stand in part #1 of the Swedish/Rebell army...group shoots to come, then I will finish part #1 for the Danish/Union side to and also paint some more extras, like the Perry waggons I have started up.
