Re: Caesar and Praetorian Command

Recently bought another sprue of Praetorians of which i used 6 for the Guard..the remainder were converted to Legionaries. I was able to add a standard bearer and 5 Guards. I did not change their heads to Attic helmets so they are straight out of the box this time...I did change their shields to silver the others being bronze, i used up the remaining 5 LBM Black Praetorian decals....so this pretty much concludes My Guard unit.
Also Pictured are Caesar and his German Bodyguard (who isn't a Praetorian!) (again ;) ) plus Command.

i still have some scorpions and medicus diorama to finish off......but i'm now engaged in Biremes!!!

Great stuff. Love the bronze scale armour on your standard bearers.

The tunic and cloak colour looks great on the Praetorians - is it just black highlighted up to grey?

It's almost a worn leather look to them - pretty much the way my motorbike jacket looks.
