SS Squad Leaders

Postby pbeccas » Sun May 30, 2010 7:35 am

BAM SS Squad Leaders with MP40's. The figure 2nd from the left is my favourite figure from the whole range. I hope he does not get the chop from the BAM shop with the pending release of the new SS. He is an outstanding sculpt. Get him before he goes. First figure on the left is a head conversion hence the no neck. That figure originally had an officers cap. I used the spare head from my Schwimmwagen kit. Figures are based up for Disposable Heroes (The rules that don't suck). I can't wait to see the new BAM SS coming soon.

If anyone wants to know a detailed run down of Disposable Heroes & Coffin for Seven Brother checkout my blog

Nice work, that sort of camo is why I never look forward to doing WWII Germans! You have my sympathy. Head swaps always seem to lose neck somewhere, somehow, but luckily these sturdy Teutonic types can carry off a bit of 'no-neck' very nicely and remain perfectly in character.

"You're a big man, but you're in bad shape. With me, it's a full time job." – Lt. Bromhead to Prince Dabulamanzi before the Battle of Rorke's Drift.
