Looks like a terrific title - haven't found for less than ~$100! though...
Take car. Go to Mum's. Kill Phil - "Sorry." - grab Liz, go to the Winchester, have a nice cold pint, and wait for all of this to blow over. How's that for a slice of fried gold?

Whilst a lot of this thread has talked a lot about the downsides of not having a gaming group, look on the bright side, you don't have to put up with "That Guy" anymore.



...Unless you are your group's "That Guy" and that is the reason you dont have anyone to play with.

But I dont think that is the case.

Nah, they are all playing Warmathings; can't stand it.
Take car. Go to Mum's. Kill Phil - "Sorry." - grab Liz, go to the Winchester, have a nice cold pint, and wait for all of this to blow over. How's that for a slice of fried gold?

I do not understand the appeal myself. Do people like it just because it isn't GW?

I think that's 50% of it. Apparently they are very good rules from a tournament perspective, but that doesn't interest me either.
