I already dropped 2 emails, but still nothing. when they told me they 2nd order had been dipatched I sent one asking about the first and all I received as a reply was,

"Thank you, I will look into it and see how it is going". I am not upset, just a little worried.

You could also call them. Phone works wonders. If you are in the UK, it's even easier - I have to get up at 630 to get a call in!

Keep emailing,use the "contact us" function though as it seems the only way to get results(sending Paul a PM on the forums doesn't even work) Replying to the Processing notices doesn't work either I guess.
I have ordered quite a few times since March.Some orders are sent fast some take a while.I just got a order last Thursday from April 19th.But have got orders that were 10 days from placing to my door.
I couldn't call as my cell has no international plan and I got rid of my home phone years ago.

I am Canada. They've never lost an order, and have always fixed any weirdness, apart from my missing 250 net gunner- I blame PMing Paul directly on that. Going to call to fix that!
