Probably too late to catch you, but you might try painting treacle onto the fat first - works a treat!

Four knights to kill a priest
Diamait Mac Murchada, the man who invited the Normans to Ireland.

Just got back from Avengers. Contemplating putting some of the unit decals on my 15mm French vehicles while I wait for my laundry to finish...

And why am I running laundry at 9:45pm? Let's just say that the day didn't go quite as I'd planned...

So my weekend takings from Spokane shops:
- Flames of War textured bases. Three bags
- FJ dice and 352ID dice tins
- Cassino map tube pack
- bunkers and monastery terrain
- horse drawn limbers and some trucks
- 10.5cm battery for the Germans and a kubelwagen
- Guadalcanal book
- Napoleon in Egypt book
- Mouse Guard rpg box set. A neat find.
- Rare earth magnets like mad. So handy.
- Sabol foam. Handy!
- dirt cheap cutting mats. Mine are done.

Not a bad haul! Couldn't find Mig powders though.

Jebus H ... that is one seriously good film, especially in 3D (my first 3D movie since they stopped being in green and red). Really now, that is a brilliant film for comic book fans, just superb.

Realy a great haul. Hope you had a nice trip.

I spent my sunday destroying the dreams of a guy about his inherited swords. Not a single original one among them. I guess I was only slightly less disappointed than he.

Some TYW painting in the evening. Yellow regiment.

I've been thinking about making up a Captain America M1 helmet. I had a shot of one last year and was super jealous.
Front seam fixed bail, of course.
