Big Salute Report?

Postby grant » Sat Apr 21, 2012 5:02 pm

Come on guys, it's got to be like 5pm over there - where's the report? The pictures? The sneak peeks? The pictures of Paul, compromising or not?

Here's the Jerries; looks like there's early war pith helmet options too. Those Perry's boys do good toys.

Missed the DAK ones, thanks Cubster! Nice. Perry do make some awesome, and wonderfully consistent, sculpts.

Phew...finally in the train back home.
I'm well pleased with Warlord's previews,
Caesarian Romans in plastic are long overdue.
Peninsular French are great as well.
But the BEST is what I've seen on Wojtek's table, nearly missed it but noticed he was happily scaling away on a 3up of a Russian wearing a forage cap.
Because of my general excitement it took a while for me to realise we will have a plastic Crimean War range soon (ish).
Now even my wife (when she sees our next bank statement) cannot wipe the smile off my face..!!!
I'm in heaven.

Thanks Warlords, you rock!

Cheers

Guys,
An excellent day on the Warlord stand, the rest of the show Im not sure about as I never got away from running the BA game all day. We were mobbed all day long with people wanting to try the new rules. Steve's Pike & Shotte was going down a storm and he was sighted franticaly singing copies for adoring fans :D . Also got to meet Rick and Alessio which was great as we talked about BA and the other games systems a bit.

More later as I am cream crackered.
Cheers

Steve
