New Years Resolutions

Postby Biggus Dickus » Sat Dec 31, 2011 8:17 pm

Well it is that time of year again...............Loads of things i should do but don't, but it is time to get to grips with various things.
My list this year

1. Stop Prattling on."Yes", "No" or "that's nice" will likely cover most posts on the forum. ;)
2. Loose weight, get fit......I've been unable to play 5 side for some time due to injury, but now that has just become lack of fitness, so it is time to try harder!....a 12 week program and then resume playing football during March.
3. drink a bit less
4. eat a bit less.
5. be more content with my lot.
6. be a better person all round!
7. CLEAR THE BACK LOG OF FIGURES.....GET THEM PAINTED!!!!
All my Photo's are now here!!! http://sisolders.wordpress.com/

I never make my resolutions till about the 2nd week of Jan... I have failed too many times because of christmas goodies left over and still being in a holiday frame of mind. So I will make em in a week or so...

But I suspect weight loss, fitness and spending will all feature!

@Carvel... Like the optimism one!

@BD I'm with carvel... Bin number one, if others stopped waffling it would show up my waffle more!
 anyway, I love a good meandering post. ;)

I agree with Carvel about point one, but I have to add that point seven is impossible so should be binned as well! ;)
I never make resolutions because I can never keep them. Call it weak willed if you like, but I have never been able to keep them! :D

Lose weight and keep it off.

Learn Welsh.

Keep on top of the DIY.

To learn Welsh would be much easier than painting all my unpainted miniatures. So no resolutions, no frustration.

Don't do well with Resolutions, but mine:

1. Paint more minis.
2. Game more.

Should be able to handle that.

Nice, that's what I call realistic expectations!

That's a tough one.

It's hard to improve when you're THIS awesome.

Just ask my wife.
