Sherlock Holmes Figures

Postby Lord William Burke » Fri Nov 25, 2011 10:22 pm

Hello All,
I had an idea for a game the other day having to do with Sherlock Holmes. Just out of curiosity does anyone know where I could find suitable minis for Holmes? Prefferably 28mm although 25mm might work as well.
And while I'm at it, any suggestions for Dr. Watson, London Police, and some "shady" characters?
Thanks

"I cannot answer that as O'Neill is no longer in Clonmel."

Reaper: http://www.reapermini.com/FigureFinder#detail/50059

And Foundry: http://wargamesfoundry.com/historical_r ... sector_id=

Would get the foundry myself but the postage is ouch!

I'm sure there are others.

Wargamesfoundry do Sherlock Holmes and Watson plus police and shady folk but their delivery charge can be a bit off putting, I picked some up from a different sculpter back in Dumfries at the start of the year though I can't remember the guys name, I'll ask the rest of my wargames group to see if someone can remember and re-post.

Darn Mikeland beat me to it!!

I think Artizan and Copplestone miniatures might do something that is suitable too-I have posted before looking though, sorry.
If not, I know Lego do a Sherlock Holmes with a real magnifying glass...

Thanks everyone,
I think I've found the suitable minis I will need. There's quite a few to choose from. Decisions, decisions??????? hmmmmm???

I saw the trailor today for the new Sherlock Homes movie. Looks quite good at what I saw. This should give you plenty of inspiration. ;)
