Mail Order Terms and Conditions

Shipping & Handling:

• Orders over £50 shipped post free worldwide. All other orders £1 postage. Minimum order value of £10.

Minimum Order Value
Here at Warlord Games we are very keen to ensure our customers can buy exactly what they want. So, whilst you can buy our models in multiples you can also buy specific models individually – if you want to tailor your force to have more of Auxiliary C than of Auxiliary E you now have that option. Common sense prevails! As a result of this flexibility we’ve had to bring in a minimum order value of £10 as someone in Venezuala ordering a single Druid models costs us more in shipping than it does to buy the model! Not that we have anything against Venezualans…

Delivery
We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible, normally by the next working day.UK customers should receive their orders, on average, within 2-4 days of dispatch. Royal Mail states they’ll deliver within 10 days but the vast majority of cases are much quicker than that (please let us know if it ever takes longer so we can soundly thrash the postie!). European customers generally receive their orders within 15 working days and Rest of the World customers within a month.

Back Orders
In the unusual event of any ordered item not being in stock, it will be placed on ‘Back Order’ for delivery and will normally be dispatched to you within 10 working days, (should it take any longer than this you will receive our profuse apologies and the option to cancel your order at no cost).

Tax Charges
All our prices include VAT at 20% where applicable.Please note we are not responsible for any Customs Charges outside of the EU (independence from Her Majesties glorious Empire isn’t such a good idea now, is it?).

Credit Card Security
We accept all major credit and debit cards. All card transactions are verified by Paypal – the world’s most popular merchant gateway.

Guarantee
We guarantee all products to be of merchantable quality, and as advertised. If you feel otherwise, please contact us for an immediate refund. We further guarantee that you may cancel your order by email right up until the point your order is shipped. Please also refer to our Returns Policy below.

Privacy Policy
Warlord Games do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. ‘Cookies’ are only used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the delivery address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ option.

Returns Policy
Warlord Games comply with the ‘Distance Selling Regulations’. A customer has the right to cancel their order without giving a reason. A customer may return any item within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund less ‘shipping costs’.Missing items, damaged goods or any other disputes should be reported either by email or by post within 7 working days of receipt. The items may be returned for a full refund (including postage) or replacement.Warlord Games will make every effort to replace damaged goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason, Warlord Games’ only obligation shall be to refund the full purchase price of the item(s).

The customer is responsible for the costs incurred in returning the item, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. A deduction shall be made from the refund of any direct cost of collecting the goods. The goods must be returned in the condition that they were first supplied.Please include a covering letter explaining the reason for the goods being returned and your full name and address. The customer will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.

Remittance Terms
Payment can be made online using Credit Card, Debit Card or Paypal. You may also pay by UK cheque or Postal Order, but these must clear before shipping (usually allow an extra 7 days).

Contract Status
Contracts between you and Warlord Games shall be governed by English Law and all disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Customer satisfaction is at the forefront of Warlord Games’ trading policy.
